ivtc problems dvd, sometimes, problems, search, please

Hi i got this problematic dvd that sometimes have 2/5 interlaced frames and while on some places there are no interlacing. But then at some places there are 4/5 interlaced frames. I have tried ivtc which dosent work. Now Iam asking you what can i do to get away all the dupes?

First, don't bump threads like that. Rule 11 applies.

Your video is field-blended, which explains your problems. Do a search for quot;blended fieldsquot; and consider using a deblending filter like Restore24() (and others).
