CCE basic trial added to RB (how?) something, settings, somehow, please

I have been trying RB and used the free Encoders that come installed and all ok so far.
I just downloaded the trial versin of CCE basic, changed the settings on RB for it but everytime I start the one clic it says I havent setup the options settings for CCE? But I did!
Is there something I have to do to get CCE somehow in the RB prog? All works ok when I use the free encoder prog's but not the tial of CCE?
What am I doing wrong  please?

The trial version of CCE Basic won't work with DVD-RB.  It has a frame count limit built in.

So how do I ever find out if CCE works better for me than the free ones? So far I have not been happy with the results of the free Encoders.

use the trial of sp set it to two pass and see how you like the output.

Exactly.  The SP and Basic versions use the same engine -- so you'll see the same results.
