Ok... this is going to be hard to explain.
My english ain't good enough
Does anyone knows a plugin that can make the same effect has we can see on the TV on the quot;weatherquot; shows?
I know that they have a green/blue backgroung and the guy/girl in the the front of it... on our TVs we get the maps in the place of that blue/green background, right?
Does something like that exists for avisynth? of course it doesn't to be needed in realtime, but... can I something like that?
Thanks in advance.
i couldnt make it work, but you may get some clues:
showthread.php?t=106380
The effect you describe is called chroma keying. You may find it easier wth a tool made for this job.
tools?tool=Wax_2
This should be much easier than trying to do it in a script.
thanks... I'll check out your suggestions

Why not? Could you upload both avis somewhere, so we can try?
wilbert:
mostly since i was on deadline..., so the time for experimentation leaked out... :\, no i cant upload those avis, but they are not any different than any greenkey material i guess.. (only that in my case the front was DV material, 25p)
Well... I an't supply any sample... I asked the question having in mind a future project... I don't know when I'll have to use it, though.
@Rochas,
The documentation of Overlay contains an example how to do this.
yes... I saw it... as soon as I have time I'll try to make it work...
I'll simulate the situation and as soon as I make it work I'll post the script and the clips for everyone. |
