ADVDInfo can't create device list?? pop, windows, noticed, create

Anyone get this error before??
I used to be able to run ADVDINFO but I noticed the other day that it won't start. It says quot;cant create device listquot; in a pop up box, and then doesn't start up.

Sheesh..stupid windows
