Network Traffic Monitoring

Looks like it's my turn to ask a question..... I'm using ISA server 2004 to proxy internet traffic for my network.  It not only blocks inbound traffic it also blocks all none sanctioned outbound traffic.  I'd like to allow my vonage MTA traffic out without authentication but I don't know what ports are being used.  I have read about the inbound ports 5060 – 5061 (UDP)
10000 – 20000 (UDP).  Allow those ports outbound doesn't work.  The only way I can get it to work is by allow ALL traffic from the MTA.  

Do you guys know of any free network monitoring tools I can use to see connections and ports (the program IPtools didn't help much)?

Thanx.  It's funny, you know alot about some things and yet some of the simplest things you miss.  In this case, I forgot about ethereal.  I've heard this name for awhile, but never had a use for it untill now.  I'll give it a try!
