why when i do a movie I end up with dvd2svcd getting tmpgenc doing so many damn annoying slow avs tests? is there away to stop them or reduce the amount it does?
Use CBR instead of CQ or VBR encoding.

Yes, there are differences, although they shouldn't matter to your cause. |
