For some strange reason, BSplayer has suddenly decided that it doesn't like ffdshow any more when playing mpeg-1 videos, even though I have set ffdshow to handle raw video. ZoomPlayer 2.90 however reports that ffdshow is in use. I would really like to have post processing on the MQ AMVs I have in BSPlayer (Nitpick: I don't like that you can't lock the aspect ratio of the window in ZP. Also, BSP seems to be a tad faster on this system)
Using: Win2K SP3, FFDShow latest alpha (2002-12-11), BSPlayer 0.85.492, ZoomPlayer 2.90
From my experience, BSPlayer build492 doesn't like ffdshow for anything (garbled video, overlay problems, etc). I went back to build486 and everything was the way it should be. I'm using ZoomPlayer 3.0betaXX, and am having much better luck with it. |
