Dvd Meny Picture as Title picture, How ? dvd, prediction, permanent, database, pictures

In the latest release of DVD2SVCD Build 1C
It says in the Read me file that i can use dvd meny picture as title picture in DVD2SVCD:
FUTURE:
- Bug Fixing, as usual
- Movie database
- Import external subtitles both permanent and selectable
- Menu pictures from DVD (use as Titlepicture)
- File size prediction on CCE one pass vbr
- Wizard.
How do i enable this feature?By hybernating for a while
