Converting Realtext to Advanced SSA

I wrote a little utility in Delphi to convert rt-files to ass-files, which can be found here.
Motivation for writing this program (taken from the documentation):
There are some anime episodes I have that use RM for video and audio, RT for subtitles and SMIL (.smil)-files for displaying both.
With RealMedia Splitter it is possible to watch RM-files using DirectShow-media players.
However not all could display RT-files or SMIL-files.
With this program I can use RealMedia Splitter and DirectVobSub to view the anime episodes with subtitles using DirectShow-media players.
Note: I tried to convert the RT-files using Subtitle Workshop and Sub Station Alpha, but Subtitle Workshop couldn't open the files, while Sub Station Alpha seemed to treat the RT-files as plain text.
