Problem removing audio / subtitle streams dvd, visible, through, button, player

After removing some audio and subtitle streams from the movie using dvd shrink, I was no longer able to use the audio/subtitle button of my dvd player to browse through the remaining streams. I can select them via the menu, but that means stopping the movie   

In dvd shrink the deleted streams are still visible, but the size is just 0MB. When I use dvd shrink again, using it in re-author move and extracting just the movie, the streams are really removed and the audio/subtitle buttons of the dvd player work again.

However, I want the movie including the menu, since I need the menu to access the extra's. How can I actually delete the unwanted streams en still keep the menu's
