transcoding 1/0 channel AC3
Do you know of any tool(except SoftEncode*) that can transcode 1/0(C) ac3 to a lower datarate such as 128kbps?
BeSweet and Azid convert the audio coding mode to 2/0(L, R), I did not find a way to have them output only one full bandwidth audio channel within the encoded bit stream.
*. It crashes all the time before finishing its jobs.
Too late now, but Sony Vegas/Soundforge can do this, in case anyone is interested. |
