ILVU AVS doesn't play in Media player, CCE encodes fine.

I finally managed to properly backup Blade Trinity with RC4. But a strange problem still remains. Whenever I try to view an .avs file that points to an ILVU d2v in Windows Media Player or MPC, I get the message quot;incorrect or obsolete .d2v filequot;.

The strange thing is that CCE 2.70.02.0 doesn't experience this, as I get correct m2v's.
I have tried almost all versions of dgdecode and dgindex, avisynth 2.53 and 2.55.

I'm reporting this in case there is an underlying bug somewhere.

Edit:
CCE encodes correclty with the original dgdecode.dll (01/05) only. This has to be a DG bug.

That's because the .VOB file pointed by the .D2V doesn't exist when you try to play it.  DGDECODE cannot playback ILVU segments from the original VOBs because it doesn't handle interleaving... so during encoding DVD Rebuilder (on demand) extracts the ILVU segments into temporary VOB files that are not interleaved.  The files are removed as soon as encoding is completed.  The reason this method is used is because on certain heavily ILVU intensive discs not doing so might require as much as twice as much disc space to encode.

Also -- the only version of DGDECODE that should be used with DVD Rebuilder is the one included in ZIP or installation package.
