problem with tag 0055... although, problem, because, example

hey guys,
i have a little quesioni have a problem with some of  encodes
for example: alias ep10 ep11 ep12 etc.
it seems they have been encoded with lame 3.95 (audio: 48000Hz VBR 128 kb/s total (2 chnls) LAME3.95)

i don't know if the problem is because of the version of the lame or because u encoded the audio in an unsual way
but when i try to work with the VirtualDub it seems he can't recognize the audio.. (it says in Audio: unknown in quot;settingsquot; - although i have all the codecs installed and in other episods there is nothing wrong...)

this problem has came again in some of quot;4400quot; episodes... for example: all the second season of quot;4400quot; except ep2 and 5 and 8

so what can i do, and why VD can't recognise it, i can't work with the audio @ all in VD because of this problem, but when i reencode the audio in other program then i can work with it in VD.

if someone can help me with that and answer me, i will be glad.

Check out the vbr part in other posts, guides etc... Have you tried V/DubMod?
