Problem with Parent Trap only, generated, experts, problem, videos

I need a little help or advice from the experts here.  Here's how I normally rip my DVDs:
1) File mode in Decrypter and rip the main movie.
2) open IFOEdit and strip out other languages and keep only Angle 1.
3) Get VTS after the new vob files were generated,
4) Burn if less than 4.5G

I have done over 10 of my movies this way.  But I ran into a video duplication problem for Parent Trap.  There's repeating videos on almost half of the V/C Id and I don't know how to get rid of the repeating videos.  Both videos are the same language(English).  Can someone help? Or if you have done successful Parent Trap rip, please let me know what I am missing.  Thanks.  Here's an example of what the repeating video looks like in IFOEdit:

[Ch19] [Pg 19] [Cell 19] [V/C Id: 1/13]   [Cell 20] [V/C Id: 2/13]
Both are the exact same video. What's the 1 and 2 means following the ID.
