Cable TV descramble software for PC TV video card different, software, posting

wondering if there's software out there to descramble the cable signal that the PC TV video cards take in. Anyone know of any?

I can't answer your question, but I would like to make you aware of a couple of forum rules.

First, you posted the same question here (in General) and also in PC Hardware.  Having the same post in two different places is called cross posting, and is considered a faux pas.

Second, your request may be considered of questionable nature; this is a much more serious concern.
