backing up Futurama few newbie questions.

I plan on backing up my futurama dvds season 1 and 2 using CCE (for the ones that need downsampling) my main question is can I keep the original menus. I've noticed all the authoring guides only show you how to make your own. Also is it possible to make it go back to the menu after the first episode so it doesn't play all episodes even if you only select the first one.
