From embedded 6-channel PCM audio to ac3 like, somebody, software, premiere

Hi everyone!

I have exported from premiere pro an embedded 6-channel PCM audio file.
Now I'd like to trasform this file in a .ac3.
Does somebody know a software (possibly free   ) to do this?

Any help will be appreciated!

If it is in WAVE format you can use freeware Besweet/BeLight.

They are too complicated!
