Run-Time error '9': Subscript out of range only, different, completed, anything

Help! I keep getting this error. I had backed up several dvds. I made no changes to the settings and started my first batch process, in the morning  it said completed but only did the first project. Now when i try a backup or batch i get this error.

Run-Time Error '9':
Subscript Out of Range

I made no changes to anything, it seems to have randomly started this.
Any suggestions?

EDIT: Think i caught my own mistake... Tried a different source file and it worked just fine... GUESS IT WAS THE MOVIE! Not sure what happened that made it different though.

What movie was it?  I'd like to try and repeat it.

During the rebuild phase of quot;Mystery Alaskaquot;, it dies with said error.

so I can make sure I use the same settings as you -- and I'll run it?

[added]  Interesting coincidence -- I really like that movie and just watched it again yesterday..

Have sent those to you, along with files for Side FX, another one I am having trouble with.
