Key Frame at scene change for editing otherwise, editing, determine, believe, anybody

Does anybody know how to find out from the file header (or otherwise) how to determine all the keyframes in an xvid file? Ideally, if that could then be written to a text file that would be sweet!!!

I believe that MPEG4Modifier will do what you want. It may be on the quot;2nd pagequot; after clicking quot;Video Infoquot; but I believe it is called quot;Write frame listquot;. This is OTTOMH.
