I would like to make a SACD disk (a true).  
How do I have to proceed?

You need to bring your tracks to any SACD mastering lab. They will make you SACD disc.

But, I know that it is possible to make it surely with the software of Philips SA-CD, so it is necessary to buy it..

The software is not the real problem but the Hardware.
But you can read it with a special firmware from PHILIPS player.

Who knows, perhaps SACD is quot;deadquot;.
