Loading Custom x264 profiles in VirtualDubMod settings, settings, nothing, nothing, appears, appears, through, through

I have read threads about Sharktooths custom profiles for x264 and was wondering if there was a way to load them in VirtualDubMod.  Reading through the profiles it appears there are a lot more settings (in the profiles) then the x264 window is showing in VirtualDubMod.

There are more settings in the x264_cli.  It has nothing to do with profiles.
