Error reporter on startup shortcut, package, Error, Intel

Whenever I start AutoGK it crashes and MS Error reporter comes instead.

I have a HUN XP prof + SP2 and installed AutoGK (the full package) just 6 days ago (had to wait 5 to post on this forum)

I tried to switch the compatibility mode to Win98/ME for the shortcut, but no help.

Anyone has any idea?

Maybe this helps, I have no logfiles to post, since it doesn't start at all...

There was no error dialog so I didn't suspect the DIVX.
I searched the 1st two days, then I waited for to get my rights to post.
